Lakewood Owners Association is comprised of the Lakewood Estates and Lakewood Park communities, nestled alongside the beautiful Medina Lake in Lakehills, Texas. Our members can enjoy the access of our community recreation area which includes boat ramp access to the Medina lake, fully serviced swimming pool, pavilion area for family gatherings, basketball court, volleyball area, playground and barbeque areas.

We are so glad you have decided to become a part of the Lakewood Community. Our website is designed to give our homeowners full transparency of the associations financials, allow community engagement with message and discussion boards, access to our governing documents and so much more.
